PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Kuala Lumpur concept store brings together multiple luxury fashion brands within a unified architectural system. each floor designed to express the identity of the individual brand.
A sculptural off-white helical staircase connects the levels and defines the spatial composition, while the exterior is characterized by a galvanized louver façade forming a curtain wall, crowned by the iconic “A”.

The project required coordinating design development, technical consultants, procurement, and construction while addressing local building constraints and tight timelines aligned with the mall opening. Particular attention was given to translating the design intent into buildable solutions, ensuring consistency between creative vision, technical development, and on-site execution. Adaptive material strategies and phased planning supported an efficient construction process while maintaining the desired architectural quality. Continuous communication with stakeholders and rigorous project planning ensured quality control, budget alignment, and successful delivery, culminating in final inspections and completion of all punch list requirements.
Successful retail projects emerge when creative vision, technical precision, and disciplined project management operate as a single integrated process.
