about the project
A strategic refurbishment transforming Barilla’s Customer Collaboration Center into an immersive environment where brand identity and client experience converge.

The project redefines the spatial narrative of the collaboration center, moving beyond a traditional meeting facility into a curated experiential journey. Architecture and interior design are used as tools to structure interaction, guiding visitors through a sequence of spaces that balance storytelling, functionality, and technological integration. The circular layout becomes the core device, fostering dialogue and reinforcing a sense of continuity, while materials, lighting, and display systems translate Barilla’s heritage into a contemporary spatial language. Particular attention was given to the integration of digital interfaces within the physical environment, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience without compromising the architectural clarity of the space.
The quality of the experience depends on how clearly the space is organized, more than on the elements themselves.
