about the project
Across several international locations, these store involved the development and implementation of evolving retail concepts, translating the brand’s aesthetic language into coherent architectural environments.

Working across different markets and architectural contexts, the projects required balancing creative direction with rigorous technical coordination. Each store became an opportunity to refine spatial layouts, material palettes, and lighting strategies while maintaining a strong and recognizable identity. From early concept development and prototype validation to on-site coordination and construction supervision, the process demanded continuous dialogue between design intent and operational constraints. The result was a series of retail environments capable of combining architectural clarity, product visibility, and a carefully calibrated customer journey.
This project reinforced that even in irregular layouts, a strong spatial hierarchy can bring order, orientation, and identity.
