about the project
The “Cozy Orange” chair explores the intersection between comfort and sculptural form, translating an organic inspiration into a precise and controlled design language.
The project is driven by the idea of creating an enveloping seating system, where softness is not only a tactile quality but also a spatial gesture.

The chair is defined by a continuous, petal-like geometry that wraps around the user, generating a sense of protection and intimacy.
The volume is compact yet visually dynamic, with a clear balance between mass and lightness achieved through the elevated base.
Particular attention has been given to the relationship between structure and upholstery: the high-resilience padding enhances the ergonomic performance, while the textured fabric amplifies the perception of warmth and tactility.
The metal base introduces a contrasting element, grounding the object and reinforcing its architectural presence.
The result is a piece that works both as a functional seat and as a focal point within the space, capable of defining the atmosphere through its form and color.
A chair designed not just to be used, but to be experienced — where comfort becomes form and form becomes identity.
